We are on holiday!

Soph has taken the day off work, and we are pretty much planning on doing nothing at all – a break from driving and dealing with campsites!The kids are absolutely loving seeing each other, and they are having an amazing time in Sheila’s enormous house – so many rooms, stairs, great hidey holes!! They spent the entire day playing together, and running around like crazy!

Soph booked me in for a surprise birthday facial at a salon across the road – I have definitely been spoilt this birthday! I headed over for 1:45 and got two hours of massage and face treatments – including a thick jelly mask that glued shut my eyes and mouth, and some sort of bright light treatment for half an hour, which I fell asleep for! 😳😄 I felt pretty dazed when I left, but I must say my face felt amazing!

Our day of doing nothing went pretty quickly – lots of lazing around and catching up. We had grand plans for dinner then didn’t quite make it to the shops early enough, so cooked burritos for dinner – a huge hit with the kids! Then more drinks into the night by the fire. ♥️
